Chris Mauri
Owner and Personal Trainer
The founder and owner of CM Fitness. He started the gym over 15 years ago with the goal of building a small personal training studio where people could train properly and feel supported. What began as a simple vision has grown into a strong community and training family he’s incredibly proud of. Chris focuses on strength building and nutrition, helping clients get stronger in ways that carry over to real life. His approach is train hard, stay consistent, and build something that can last.

Andria Zinno
Owner and Personal Trainer
Andria is co-owner of CM Fitness and plays a huge role in shaping the culture of the gym. She’s passionate about helping women build strength, confidence, and consistency, physically and mentally. Her coaching focuses on creating a positive training environment where women feel supported, challenged, and motivated. For Andria, it’s about building strong habits, a strong mindset, and real confidence that carries outside the gym.

Alex Babin
Personal Trainer and Operations
A veteran strength coach with over 20 years of experience helping people build strong, lean, athletic bodies that last. A former competitive powerlifter and strongman competitor, he has coached athletes at the national and international level across multiple sports. Alex has trained Paralympic gold medalist David Eng, guided athletes to podium finishes at Canadian championships, and accompanied lifters to world-level competitions including the Arnold Classic. He has also worked as a strength columnist, speaker, and seminar presenter alongside Christian Thibaudeau. Known for his precise and intelligent coaching style, Alex focuses on movement quality, biomechanics, and long-term progress to help clients get lean, build strength and muscle, and stay injury-free. Today, he works primarily with parents and busy professionals who want to train with purpose, get strong, and see real, lasting results.

Matt Scodras
Personal Trainer
As the first trainer at CM Fitness, Matt has been part of the gym’s growth from the very beginning. A former competitive bodybuilder with over 20 years of experience, he specializes in strength training and weight loss, helping clients push past both physical and mental barriers.

Quincy Holder
Personal Trainer
A trainer who specializes in strength training and functional movement, Quincy brings high energy and creativity to every session. He’s known for his fast-paced workouts that keep clients moving, challenged, and fully engaged, while still focusing on proper form and long-term results.

Kayla Di Gaetano
Personal Trainer
A well-rounded coach who works with all levels, Kayla focuses on athletic development and functional movement. She supports beginners building a strong foundation, athletes refining their skills, and individuals navigating post-injury — ensuring a safe, confident, and effective return to movement.

Chris Coll
Personal Trainer and Boxing Coach
As an athletic and functional fitness specialist, Coach Chris has been helping his clients move, feel and perform better in all areas of health, fitness & performance focused training since 2014. His coaching style consists of a healthy blend of general strength & conditioning for the everyday athlete/fitness enthusiast, as well as a heavy emphasis placed on pain-free, joint-friendly movements that allow his clients to maximize their strengths while simultaneously addressing their weaknesses in an appropriate and structured manner. Coach Chris has also been involved in boxing training since 2018 and is more than happy to pass on the knowledge & experience accrued from his own coaches to anyone interested in learning a new skill and wanting to feel more athletic. So whether you’re a beginner or advanced trainee who wants to train hard while remaining pain-free for as long as possible, or an active or retired athlete who wants to enhance performance, Coach Chris has got you covered.

Matt Carrington
Personal Trainer and Boxing Coach
A strength and boxing coach who specializes in building muscle, improving movement quality, and developing real-world fitness. Matt’s coaching is evidence-based and highly individualized, helping clients work toward fat loss, muscle gain, and improved performance with confidence and structure. He works with all levels — from beginners to athletes — focusing on proper technique, sustainable progress, and long-term health. His training blends strength work with boxing and athletic conditioning to build well-rounded, capable athletes.

Corey Williams

Beyond fitness, he’s a proud member of the sober community and founder of FitNotLit, supporting individuals navigating mental health and addiction challenges through fitness, mindset, and personal growth. With over 25 years of experience and certifications in personal training, life coaching, and transformational coaching, he brings a holistic approach to helping clients build strength, physically and mentally.

Jason Ford
Personal Trainer
A coach who emphasizes high-intensity interval training and full-body strength work, Jason designs sessions that are efficient, challenging, and results-driven. Alicia Neasmith
Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist
A Registered Massage Therapist specializing in deep tissue and sports massage, Alicia also incorporates Active Release Technique (ART), fascial stretch therapy, and myofascial techniques to address soft tissue injuries, tightness, and mobility restrictions. She uses an evolving skill set to help clients reduce pain, restore movement, and improve overall function. With over 15 years in the health and fitness field, Alicia is also a certified personal trainer and sports nutrition advisor. Currently working toward degrees in Osteopathy and Naturopathy, she takes a holistic approach to care — combining treatment, training, and nutrition to support long-term health and performance.

Skylar Shulkin
Social Media, Manager and Personal Trainer
A certified personal trainer and lifelong athlete, Skylar focuses on getting stronger off the court to compete better on it. Her training blends strength work with an emphasis on the mental side of sport and performance, helping athletes build confidence, resilience, and consistency alongside physical progress. Beyond coaching, she also runs CM Fitness’ social media and plays a big role in bringing the community together — highlighting the people, energy, and culture that make the gym more than just a place to train.
